Delete in the Fairway app
The fastest way to delete your account is inside the Fairway mobile app:
- Open Fairway and sign in
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm when prompted (you may need a recent sign-in)

Steps to request deletion of your Fairway account and associated personal data.

Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app, email info@fairwayapp.io from the address on your Fairway account. Include “Delete my Fairway account” in the subject line and we will process the request.
What is deleted
When deletion completes, we remove or anonymise personal account data such as:
- Sign-in credentials and profile details (name, email, avatar)
- Device push tokens and notification preferences
- Activity comments and similar user-generated content tied to your account where practical
What may be retained
Some records may be kept in anonymised or limited form where needed for:
- Competition integrity (entries, verified scores, leaderboard history)
- Fraud, abuse, and moderation records
- Legal, tax, or accounting obligations
